Please note: Official announcements for upcoming West Court Board meetings, related agenda's are posted on the bulletin boards near the mailboxes four days prior to the board meeting.
- On Monday, September 9, 2019 West Court's Board of Directors will meet in Executive Session at 6:30pm to review and discuss West Court's property management services. The meeting will take place at 440 Mountain Laurel Court. The Board will not be making any final decisions at the Executive Meeting.
- On Tuesday, September 10, 2019 West Court's Board of Directors will meet in Regular Session at 7:00pm to to discuss and take action on West Court's property management services. The meeting will take place pool-side and provide opportunity for residents and owners to address the board on any item or concern not on the agenda, however no action can be taken. The Board will then open for comment and input for the one agenda item - to consider changing Property Management Service Providers for West Court Townhomes.
